Oh my gosh! I just checked my email and one of the messages I got is from our apartment manager announcing the addition of the Kettlebell equipment in our fitness gym. And they are inviting residents to sign up for this Saturday's event where a professional gym instructor will show us the video and teach us how to use the Kettlebell properly. This activity is in part of the fitness program ran by our apartment to keep their residents fit and healthy this winter season. Best of all, it's free! Awesome!
