I got a call this morning from my fellow "bisdak" here in SLC and she's inviting us this coming Friday for the blessing of their new park home. Well, I'm glad she called earlier because I still have to buy a housewarming present. The last time I attended a party like this, I gifted the new homeowners a funny wine holder/server and they really loved it. But this time, I am thinking of getting my friend a tabletop dish garden or a wall mounted fishbowl because she likes to add a touch of nature inside her home. I noticed this when we visited their old apartment a couple of months ago. It was teeming with live plants. Potted flowers and plants are everywhere! From the living room down to their bathroom. But I liked it though because it adds more life to the room.
Anyway, there's one important detail that I missed to ask. I don't know where their park homes village is located. She just mentioned it's somewhere south of SLC but forgot to give me the exact address. LOL! Oh well, I will just give her a call tomorrow. She's still on leave from work so I can call her anytime. :)
