Did you know that your appetite increases "slightly" in the week before your period and so does your metabolism? The increase in your appetite and metabolism doesn't justify pigging out. If you want to keep your figure, be sure to plan your snacks so you don't get too famished between meals. And you can also increase your lean protein an ounce or two at each meal to tame your cravings.
