I was really surprised when I found out that in 2009, Salt Lake City, was included in the Top 10 Vain City in the US. And what's even more surprising is that we ranked No. 4. Can you believe that!? According to the survey, the citizens in the home city of Mormon church spent $2.2 million on hair coloring, $2.5 million on cosmetics, and nearly $4.5 million on skincare each year. And for every 100,000 people, there are six plastic surgeons! Can you imagine that? Well, I bet Regency Beauty Institute will put up their own school here because the need is so high!
