Energy Saver

My friend Cheska is upset with their utility bills because it nearly doubled in the last couple of months. Although she already expected an increase because they have to keep the heater running for the entire winter season but she didn't expect it to go that high. They've been trying to conserve energy but all their efforts seemed futile. So I told them about plantation shutters and how it could help lower their bills. Because right now, they're using those cheap regular shutters that don't help much in insulating a room.
