A close family friend of ours who also migrated here in the US has sent us an invitation for their parents' upcoming Golden Anniversary. They have organized a big party to celebrate their mom and dad's love and commitment for each other all through the years. A renewal of vows will also take place right before the party.
Although I am not 100% sure yet if I can attend the said party, I went ahead and ordered this 50th wedding anniversary plate for the couple. If my busy schedule won't let me fly to LA then I will just ship the gift in time for the party.
