Being from the south means a lot of things to me but mostly it means good food. I grew up in a home that expected me to learn to cook early on so that’s just what I did and I can tell you that today I’m really proud of all my kitchen skills. I can’t imagine not knowing how to fry something or put together a Thanksgiving turkey on the fly – it’s just part of who I am. When we moved into the new house I went to www.TexasElectricityProviders.com/ right away because I was totally excited to get to work on my gas stove but I wanted to make sure I wasn’t going to get our energy bills through the roof. I’ve been really pleased with how much easier it makes cooking and even my husband says he can tell a big difference in some of my dishes. You know, I didn’t think that would be a compliment but since I’m the one making the food I guess I can’t be too offended!
