Protecting the Turtles

My brother's organization who oversees the protection of endangered turtle species has just won one of the most prestigious environmentalist awards in our town. He is expected to deliver a speech about how they were able to carry out their tasks effectively and efficiently despite the many problems they encountered along the way. And because of this, he wanted me to find a suit with turtle-designed cufflinks on it to put emphasis on their advocacy.
