Furniture Shopping At IKEA

My husband and I love to go furniture shopping at IKEA. It takes all day, we start out on the top level of the store, and this is where they have different rooms set up with their furniture to show you different concepts. IKEA has bedrooms, kitchens and children's room ideas. They also use the different types of flooring and decor items that are sold in the store for design ideas.

We have been able to get fun decorating tips just by wandering through the store. When choosing to go shopping at IKEA we make sure that we have several hours to spend, this is not a store we can just go in and out of for something quick.

IKEA has other items such as cookware, dishes and storage items. I found the best cheese grater here; it attaches to a storage base to grate my cheese into and has a lid so I can store my cheese for later use. We usually eat at the restaurant; they have really good inexpensive food.

When we are finished shopping, we come home and assemble some of the purchases that we have made. We are usually pretty tired after this, so we relax by watching our satellite TV from tvBYdirect.com. Luckily our DVR has recorded all of the shows we like that were on while we were out shopping.
