1. Drink a hot glass of water with lemon juice
Your body and skin need moisture. Starting your day with drinking a hot glass of water with lemon juice will assist your body to regain moisture and help to remove toxins from your body. So, first step is – Drink. To hydrate your body and offset the lack of humidity drink plenty of water.
2. Avoid Alcohol, Coffee, and Tea and don’t smoke
Alcohol, coffee and tea dehydrate the body so quickly. Instead of these, intake hydrating beverages like lemon or lime juice or eat more foods with high water content.

3. Brush your dry skin with a skin brush
Before your daily bath or shower brush your dry skin with a skin brush. This will remove dead skin cells from the outer layer of the skin that cause your skin to look rough and flakey. This is really helpful for your body.
4. Take short lukewarm showers
Don’t take long, steamy showers. Keep your showers short and make sure they’re warm not hot. Hot water will actually dehydrate your skin and also hot water removes the skin's natural oils more quickly than warm or cold water. Use mild soap and you can add some bath oil to the water. Pat gently yourself dry afterward with a towel but don’t rub.

6. Use Lip balm
Lips don’t contain any oil glands, so they dehydrated more quickly and easily. A lip balm with shea butter, cocoa butter can be a good choice. A waxy lip balm will keep your lipstick in place and seal in moisture. Use lip balm when you think necessary.
7. Use humidifiers
If you are in your bedroom or living room, run a humidifier to add moisture to the air. Indoor heating tends to dry out the air; a simple humidifier can add moisture easily to the air.
9. Exfoliate

10. Get enough sleep
