Exercise Props
My friend showed me her exercise routine this afternoon while we were busy packing up her things. But first she showed me the "props" she uses to keep her body fit. She has this humongous hula hoop which she bought from the hippies who peddles all sorts of stuff at the park every weekend. She also uses a skipping rope but it's not like the ones we find at the toy department. It's what professional fitness trainers use in their class. It is more sturdy and heavier compared to the regular ones. And the last one she showed me is a Spring Chest Expander which she uses to help strengthen her upper arm, bicep, triceps, back and shoulder muscles. After that, she showed me how to properly use all those props and she even let me try it. But after an hour of exercising, I gave up. LOL! I told my friend I'd take the easy way to losing weight by drinking the best weight loss pills. Jumping, stretching and swaying of hips just isn't my cup of tea. Hehe!
